Professional Statement
Every patient I have cared for, every student I have mentored and every AI solution I have helped build has reinforced one belief: technology should never replace humanity, it should serve humanity: it should empower people to live healthier lives and help clinicians deliver better care.
As artificial intelligence began transforming healthcare, I recognised both its enormous potential and its challenges.
Too often, AI products are technically impressive but fail to fit clinical practice or solve meaningful healthcare problems. Rather than simply observing this transformation, I chose to become part of building it.
Today, I work at the intersection of medicine and technology. As Clinical Tech Lead and Co-Founder of Wellbe360, I help develop AI-powered solutions for prediabetes reversal. I also founded the Croydon Women's Health AI Initiative, bringing together NHS clinicians to explore how AI can improve women's health while addressing gender and ethnic bias in healthcare data.
Beyond my professional work, I volunteer with UN Women UK, supporting policy advocacy to improve procurement opportunities for women-owned businesses.
I am also passionate about inspiring young innovators. As coach of an eight-student LEGO Robotics team, I was proud to help them win the International Best Robot Performance Award. Together, we developed an AI research assistant for the Kent Archaeological Society's digital archives, which is now in active use.
Whether I am advising a health-tech company, collaborating with NHS colleagues or mentoring young innovators, my purpose is the same: to ensure technology is developed responsibly, grounded in evidence and used to improve lives.

A passion for building and for inspiring STEM in young people.
This sits outside my clinical and advisory work by design. Mentoring students isn't a job for me — it's something I love and it keeps me hands-on with the very AI tools I bring to healthcare.
